1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Place Salmon Neptunes on a non-stick baking sheet
3. Place in oven, uncovered
4. Cook for 15-18 minutes
5. Remove from oven, when cooked to desired doneness
6. Serve and Enjoy!
